Environmental Impact Assessments

Environmental Impact

Environmental Impact Assessments are a requirement for large scale construction that dictate interface with natural resources and their displacement.

  • Basic Land Conditions that account for Geological conditions i.e. land formations, geological structures, resources and slope stability or landslide potential.

  • Soil conservation service, clarification hazard potential, natural drainage rate and sub-soil permeability run-off rate and suitability of methods of sewage disposal, other guidelines are on archeological value of the site.

  • Biotic community conditions that include plant (general type and dominant species), agricultural water, waste treatment facilities (water supply, desalination plants, sewage and industrial water) as well as hazardous waste disposal facilities.

ADA is your solid partner in conducting these assessments. While conducting Environmental Impact Assessments we ensure the above basic guidelines and principles.

Development

Sustainable development has been heavily linked with environmental management. The proponents of global holistic development urge that reducing poverty and achieving sustainable development be self-reinforcing as a focus of all development planning and implementation.
